Draft — review before open beta. Last updated 30 July 2026.
launchpat is operated by Setpat Technologies, Unipessoal Lda., R. Castilho 14C, 5º andar, 1250-071 Lisboa, Portugal. Questions: hello@setpat.com. Billing and account support: support@setpat.com.
By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
launchpat helps you plan and run a product launch: it gathers publicly available information about your product and its market, and generates drafts — briefs, launch actions, outreach and copy — for you to review.
Everything launchpat produces is a draft for a human to approve. Output is generated by automated systems and language models. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish, send or act on it, and for making sure it complies with the rules of the platforms you publish to and with applicable law. launchpat does not provide legal, financial, tax or marketing advice, and any forecast or estimate it shows is a planning aid, not a prediction of results.
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and acting for purposes related to your trade or profession. Access is currently invite-only and we may decline or withdraw access.
Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions, and some items as one-time purchases. The plan, price and currency shown at checkout are the ones that apply to you. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance by email if the price of your plan changes, and you can cancel before that change takes effect.
Prices are in euro. Where VAT or another sales tax applies, it is shown at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as LAUNCHPAT.
If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it remains unpaid after a short grace period, paid features are suspended; your data is retained so you can restore access by paying.
Where a free trial is offered, its length and terms are stated when you start it. A trial that does not ask for a card will not charge you automatically at the end — it simply ends. If a trial does require a card, we will say so clearly and tell you when the first charge will happen.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, by starting to use it you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.
Beyond that, we will refund a charge if the service was substantially unavailable or did not work as described, or if you were billed in error — write to support@setpat.com and we will look at it in good faith.
Do not use launchpat to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that breaches the terms of the platforms you post to. Do not use it to impersonate a person or organisation, to generate spam or bulk unsolicited outreach, to scrape or attack third-party services, or to resell the output as an automated content service. Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, or to access other customers' data.
Plans include usage limits — for example how many products you can track and how much research and generation you can run. Current limits are shown in the app. We may suspend or limit accounts that materially exceed them or that place an unreasonable load on the service.
You keep ownership of what you put in and, as between you and us, of the drafts launchpat generates for you. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service — to process, store and display that material for you.
Similar prompts can produce similar output for different customers, so we make no claim that generated text is unique to you, and we cannot promise it is free of third-party rights. Check anything you intend to publish.
We keep ownership of launchpat itself: the software, models, prompts, interfaces and brand.
launchpat reads public data from and can help you publish to third-party platforms. Those platforms have their own terms, they can change or restrict access at any time, and we are not responsible for their availability or for decisions they make about your account.
We work to keep the service running but do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, or shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost wishlists or sales, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can close your account at any time and export your data before you do.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel before then.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
